It cycles through 1 to 9 (occasionally the master numbers 11, 22, 33), giving each day a distinct flavour — a 1 day favours starting things, a 7 day favours reflection, a 5 day favours change and freedom. It is the most immediate, practical layer of numerology.
How it is calculated
Add your birth day and birth month to today's full calendar date, then reduce to a single digit. For someone born on 8 March, on 13 July 2027 that is 8 + 3 + (2+0+2+7) + 7 + (1+3), reduced down to a single Personal Day number.
