AI-Personalised Reports: How They Work
What the AI is given
When you order a report, the generation prompt contains the name and birth date you submitted, the numerology values our deterministic calculators derived from them, and the relevant human-written interpretation texts from our editorial library. For compatibility reports, the second person's name and birth date are included the same way. Your email address is used for delivery only and is never part of the prompt.
The calculation itself is ordinary arithmetic and never involves AI: the same inputs always produce the same numbers, and you can verify every value with the free calculators. The AI's job is narrower than it may sound — it adapts and weaves our existing interpretations around your specific chart, in your chosen report language.
Where the AI runs
The models that write report narratives run on our own hardware, operated by us. Your name and birth date are not sent to third-party AI providers to generate your report. Report inputs and the generated text are stored encrypted at rest, so your download link keeps working when you come back for it.
Payments are separate from all of this: your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers, and nothing about your payment is shown to the AI.
What the AI is allowed to write — and what it isn't
The generation instructions bind the AI to our human-written editorial framework: it must stay faithful to the published meaning of each number and is explicitly told not to invent meanings that contradict it. It is also instructed to avoid definitive predictions — to write "you may find" rather than "you will" — because a personalised narrative is still an interpretation of a symbolic tradition, not a forecast.
AI-personalised reports carry the same limits as everything else on this site: they are reflective reading, not scientific assessment, and no report should influence medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.
When generation fails
If the AI narrative cannot be generated when your report is built, we do not fake it: the report ships with our standard human-written interpretations instead, and both your dashboard and the delivery email say so plainly. You are never silently given something different from what was described.
Every paid report tier that includes an AI narrative says so in its product description before you pay — the label is part of the offer, not a footnote.
Your data and how to delete it
A report order stores the submitted name(s), birth date(s), and delivery email, encrypted at rest, together with the generated report so it can be re-downloaded. You can request deletion of a report and its inputs at any time through the contact page, or from your account if you have one.
If you ordered a compatibility report, remember the second chart belongs to another person — please make sure they are comfortable with it before you order, and know that deletion requests cover their details too.
